items are available for local pickup, but decorative accessories (ie: lamps, vases, artwork, etc.) can be shipped via UPS and guaranteed to be in mint condition or a total
refund will be issued (shipping costs may not be refunded). All items are shipped for a flat fee of $10 and
only an additional $2 for additional items, and only I only ship to the continental US. Items are
packaged
with the strongest reused materials, and varies from bubble wrap,
Styrofoam, paper, cloth etc. Personal Delivery is available for furniture & other accessories for the Austin Area only additional fees (extra fee may apply for out of area). Personal delivery ranges in price depending on scheduling and location. Please contact me or refer to the table below for additional questions about furniture shipping questions.

of our items are measured in a "box format" to help with shipping and
design elements. For further information regarding a specific

When dealing with older materials, I work to maintain clean
and
sterile furniture. All items are cleaned again prior to being
sold, to insure the best quality. We use earth friendly
cleaning
materials to help reduce our impact on the planet. All upholstery
is normally stripped, then replaced to insure the best quality.

Ordering
Information
Distinct Salvage accepts cash, credit cards, PayPal, checks*, and money orders*.
Furniture items are sold in person only, to insure customer
satisfaction as items are sold as is. Please contact me via ordering email
with the items name for information on buying an item. If item
does not have sold icon it is still available, product pages are
updated immediately after sale.
Before items are delivered customers must verify
that they want the items, as gas prices are expensive and returns are
not granted. Email and phone confirmations are acceptable and
preferred, but a deposit may be necessary for larger bulk items.Contact Us

Distinct
Salvage happily accepts any items, but would prefer items that can not
be used for others. There are multiple charities and needy people
that can use certain items, and I would hate to take away necessary
items from someone who could use them. I would rather help by taking your "trash",
instead of letting it clutter up the landfills. I have free pickup
most items located in Austin, and items for drop off are always accepted(restrictions apply when out of area). We
appreciate all donations, but for safety and health reasons we may have
to charge a fee. Below is a small list of some items that may
cause additional charge. If you have any questions about a specific item
please contact us through our donation page (you can now upload a picture of the item(s)).

broken furniture, scrap metal, old lamps (broken or working), fabric scraps, old paint, instruments (broken or working), tile/mirrors (broken mirrors must be packaged safely for drop off), we also accept electronics and can dispose of parts properly add. fees may apply.
